Full-time Visa Specialist Manager

The Huawei Technologies Mozambique is recruiting a Visa Specialist Manager to Maputo.
Functions:
- Expatriate contract management;
- Update the database accordingly;
- Management of renewal of expatriate contracts;
- Support expatriate and corporate HR on documentation;
- Conduct the process of obtaining the work permit and visas;
- Control the validation of contracts for renewal purposes;
- Draft and forward to the Labor department, Immigration and Finance employee exit communications;
- Ensure the management of individual expatriate cases;
- Manage the validity and renewal of visas;
- Be good at communication and be able to develop and maintain middle and junior level customer relationships;
- Work background of visa application is preferred;
- Be open, active, aggressive, and persuasive;
- Chinese Speaker is advantage;
- Experienced female candidates are advantage.
