Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting an Insurance Technician for Maputo.
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in the technical areas of insurance for at least a period of 2 consecutive years;
- Experience in team management and leadership;
- High sense of responsibility;
- High professionalism: methodical and precision;
- High analysis capacity: Innovation and pro-activity;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Interpersonal relationship skills;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Ability to work without supervision;
- Ability to resolve complex insurance issues;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken & written).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise insurance staff, assisting with initial placement and insurance renewals;
- Maintain low-loss ratios;
- Ensure a high standard of customer service;
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies;
- Perform insurance functions as needed, including processing claims, billings, and policy changes.
