Full-time Sales Technician

A Huawei Technologies Mozambique, Limitada está a recrutar um Sales Technician para Maputo.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty;
- Gain insights into industry and market trends; understand clients’ business, networking needs and pain points, identify and explore potential business opportunities and project leads, keep the team updated and make proper sales plans;
- Serve as contact point for clients; plan, establish, and maintain client relationships; Conduct regular client meetings to enhance customer satisfaction; and build mutually trusting, win-win partnerships;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and products, guide the team forward; and take responsibility for team goals, execution, and results;
- Manage and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner；
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and build strong relationships.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements, with good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Fast learner with a strong willingness to learn, develop and grow professionally.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry, with the ability to understand customer requirements and match them with appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of the Mozambique and Southern African markets.
- Previous sales experience or successful project operation experience.
Language Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Fluency in spoken Chinese is considered an advantage.
