Full-time Sales Representative

Kukwira is recruiting a Sales Representative to Matola.
Objectives of this Role:
- Ensure a good working relationship is maintained between the company and the distributors, retailers and workshops;
- Ensure the retailers carry a wide range as is necessary to serve their markets;
- Promote a responsible approach to pricing to achieve a reasonable return;
- Investigate and review distributor, retailers and workshops network in order to determine gaps in the availability of products, and identify acceptable new distributor stockiest to fill those gaps;
- Implement the promotional programs;
- Attend and represent the company at customer functions as and when required;
- Assist the existing and potential customers in the development of their market;
- Submit reports on customer and competitor activities, end user opportunities, market related information, new product applications, product related matters such as failures and stock requirements or problems.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years Sales experience (ideally within a technical automotive environment);
- Previous experience in the motor parts business and/or previous filtration, brake, or lubricant knowledge would be advantageous;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Valid Code C driver’s license;
- Degree in Marketing/Sales or related qualification preferential.
