Full-time Regional Manager

A Huawei Technologies Mozambique, Limitada está a recrutar um Regional Manager para Maputo.
Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for daily routine network operation and maintenance, fully accountable for network performance & availability and operational KPIs in the responsible region, fully accountable for regional customer satisfaction, and finance target achievement in the region.
Reports to Field Maintenance Director.
Regional team management:
- Responsible for all field maintenance resource management, include but not limited to FME, rigger, generator technician, generator tower, refueler and preventive maintenance team;
- Responsible for regional subcon management, to ensure subcon efficiency and compliance;
- Responsible for team’s performance, efficiency and quality management; drives the team to continuously improve;
- Responsible for team capability improvement as part of business continuity plan.
Regional business management:
- Responsible to receive the O&M target and strategy from both regional customer and Huawei HQ management, and ensure the execution;
- Responsible for daily routine field O&M activity management, ensure achievement of all network performance & availability and operational KPIs;
- Responsible for emergency case handling to ensure a quick recovery of network outages;
- Responsible for process & management policy compliance, including EHS;
- Responsible of O&M value presentation to both Huawei and regional customer.
Skills and Competencies
- Have a proficient knowledge of communications products, telecom O&M management, and project management.
- CT O&M project management skills, personnel management skills, internal and external communication management skills.
- Experience of well-known companies (will be a plus).
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in ICT industry.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in carrier network O&M industry, with successful experiences.
- Full availability to work.
- Flexible to relocate and travel.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
