A Huawei Technologies Mozambique Limitada está a recrutar um Product Manager para Maputo.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for market insights of the assigned customer group, and formulating and implementing market strategies;
- Responsible for the brand communication of Huawei’s product solutions, and enhancing the brand’s competitiveness;
- Responsible for designing and implementing business models in solution sales, and safeguarding the profitability of projects;
- Deeply understand customer needs, provide customers with product and service solutions, and help customers achieve business success;
- Identify key customer needs and drive the improvement of product and solution competitiveness.
Professional Knowledge
- Master the basic knowledge of IT hardware and software, deeply understand the fundamental principles and knowledge of the product domain, and have a relatively deep understanding and application of the solutions in the product domain;
- Have a certain understanding of the development and trends of the IT industry, and deeply understand the development trends of the industry, as well as the product solutions and market dynamics of competitors;
- Have experience in operating sales projects and have a certain level of mastery over the operation of sales projects.
Business Skills
- Possess strong learning abilities, and through internal and external resources of the company, quickly acquire cutting-edge knowledge in the IT industry regarding both software and hardware (artificial intelligence/large models/HPC, etc.);
- Possess strong communication skills with customers, and be able to understand, manage, and guide customer needs;
- Possess strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong team spirit. Additionally, have strong learning, hands-on, and problem-solving abilities.

- Professional requirements: Majors in science and engineering such as computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, communications, electronics, mathematics, physics, and automation;
- Optimistic, open-minded, and willing to communicate with others; strong independent thinking and logical reasoning abilities; courageous in facing challenges, and possessing a strong desire for achievement;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
