Full-time Pest Control and Fumigation Coordinator

EMOG Staffing Services are currently recruiting a Pest Control and Fumigation Coordinator (m/f) to be based in Maputo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating all pest control activities;
- Coordinate with other supervisors in order to meet pest control activities;
- Manage the general schedule, ensuring that work is allocated to the appropriate resources and completed within the agreed work schedule and within the defined budget;
- Supervise all managerial, administrative and technical requirements for day-to-day operations;
- Manage the stock of consumables / products / equipment of the project including the issue of purchase requisitions;
- Identify, manage and solve the main problems, manage and mitigate project risks;
- Prepare activity reports and provide assistance to other team members;
- Define and obtain the appropriate metrics to have an efficient execution of the project and the quality of the services, do the proper monitoring and report to the sector manager;
- Respect all the quality and safety requirements of the company’s management system;
- Perform any other tasks that are reasonably assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- University Degree or equivalent experience;
- Fluent in Both English and Portuguese;
- At least 5 years work experience in similar position;
- Team leading and team working.
