Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting a Human Resources Officer to Maputo
Generic Requirements:
- Capacity of analytical and critical thinking;
- Conceptual and abstract thinking ability;
- Ability to think in a long-term perspective;
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources (HR) and at least two (2) years of professional experience in HR;
- Good knowledge of English (oral and written);
- Informatics knowledge;
- Good written and verbal communication skills and good presentation;
- Analytical Capacity, Judgment; Flexibility; Initiative and open mind;
- Good knowledge of local context, culture and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Support and Coordination in Internal Regulation Policies and Procedures;
- Effectively manage and conduct the disciplinary process whenever necessary;
- Follow up on all employee reported complaints in accordance with standard procedure;
- Quarterly/annual review of all team members against results, when available;
- 100% in compliance with statutory labour legislation (procedural and material justice);
- Manage and monitor all expatriate requirements and continuous update provided to the people involved in a timely manner;
- Time management for permanent and occasional, presence and licenses of the contractor;
- Ensure that monthly vacation balance is accurately managed and reported;
- Accurate reporting and due diligence;
- Conduct and plan engagement activities;
- Problem and conflict resolution;
- Time and perspective management.
