Full-time Marketing Assistant

Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting a Marketing Assistant to Tete.
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent;
- A degree in marketing, business or similar can be an advantage;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
- Strong self-motivation;
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team;
- Ability to deal with rejection;
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the designated manager or team member and complete all assigned tasks;
- Conducting desktop surveys or gathering information through surveys or talking to customers and employees;
- Relationship with customers;
- Updating documents and sales records;
- Evaluate sales performance against sales targets;
- Observation and implementation of sales processes;
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering suggestions for improvement;
- Keep the sales record up to date and make presentations to customers.
