Full-time Human Resource Specialist

Huawei Mozambique Technologies is recruiting a Human Resource Specialist to Maputo.
Tasks:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, probation management & NEO;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
- Contract management & Visa renewal, create a good relationship with Public services and develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
- Organizational Climate Improvement, create a good positive working environment;
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program, health insurance & work accident insurance;
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics;
- Ensure legal obligation & compliance legal, compliance throughout human resource management, quality operational;
- Outsourcing companies management on payrolls and General HR issues;
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent active listening and negotiation;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Effective communications skills;
- Persuasive and Presentation skills;
- Proven ability to work in a team;
- Must be able to work in a structured manner;
- Developed problem solving abilities;
- Networking;
- Ability to multi task;
- English.
