As the HRBP of Mozambique, take overall responsibility for the HR work in Mozambique, support the effective implementation of HR management work in the company, region, and rep office, and support the sustainable business development of the Mozambique Office.

Main tasks include but are not limited to talent management. (such as performance management, learning and development management, and C&Q management), recruitment and allocation (Requirement management, local social recruitment, and local school recruitment), non-employee management (end-to-end non-employee management), organizational climate building, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent management: Manage learning and development, such as employee development management, management execution quality and employee development satisfaction, and operation of the learning platform in the rep office. Perform performance management, track the four steps of performance management, and provide performance management enablement training for performance appraisal directors and appraisal owners.
  2. Recruitment and allocation: Do a good job in local recruitment of the representative office, and be responsible for local talent recruitment, salary negotiation, and onboarding of local schools and local talent recruitment.
  3. Non-employee management: Act as the contact person for non-employee management in the rep office to manage non-employee employees in an E2E manner.
  4. Organizational climate building: Take charge of the employee relationship and organizational climate building of the Mozambique Office, manage employees’ work experience, physical and mental health, honorary incentives, monetary incentives (timely incentives), and team building, and build a sound employee relationship and organizational climate.”

Qualifications:

  1. Master the systematic knowledge system of HR management theories, and be able to think and apply them based on the current business situation.
  2. Have a good command of the basic theories and practices of one or two HR modules. (e.g. recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relationship, etc.), and apply it at work.
  3. Be proficient in using office software such as Power Point, Excel, Word, and PS.
  4. Master the HR work methodologies.
  5. Capability to use English as the working language.
  6. Good organizational skills and experience in organizing large-scale events and meetings.
  7. Have affinity for people and have a good sense of teamwork”.
