Full-time Field Maintenance Manager

Core Responsibilities:
- Network Maintenance & Operations: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of Wireless, and VB infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Fault Management: Lead fault-finding and resolution efforts to minimize network downtime and maintain high availability.
- Team Supervision: Manage field technicians and contractors, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to proactively prevent network failures.
- Service Level Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities align with SLAs, regulatory standards, and Client’s quality requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to optimize network performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and corrective actions for performance tracking and reporting.
Other Competencies/Attributes:
- Proficient in English, fluent in writing and oral expression.
- More than 5 years of experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related areas
