Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting a Warehouse Operations Executive (Vehicles) to Maputo.
Requirements:
- Degree in Management, Business Administration or similar areas;
- More than 10 years of experience in car warehouse (IMPERATIVE);
- Computer knowledge and experience in any car storage management system;
- Age: 30 to 40 years;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
- Keep car inventory control systems up to date and accurately check inventory values;
- Ensure car stock control, system and its reconciliation at PHC;
- Requirements of the Abiding by All, Compliance and Car Transport Legislation;
- Plan according to future needs according to departmental shipments and past consumption trends;
- Ensure minimum stocks and their replenishment;
- Ensure the daily physical inventory of products;
- Ensure that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met;
- Maintain health and safety, hygiene and safety standards;
- Interact with works, suppliers, our fleet managers and transport companies;
- Produce weekly reports and statistics of stock indicators and stock obsolescence indicators;
- Monitor the quality of services provided;
- Train, supervise and evaluate employees;
- Motivate, organize, discipline and work all workers to ensure productivity goals are met or exceeded;
- Ensure teams’ daily plan;
- Monitor the daily activity between the portal and the PHC to ensure that there is no delay in the delivery of materials in stock at the warehouse.

- Capacity of analytical and critical thinking;
- Conceptual and abstract thinking ability;
- Ability to think in a long-term perspective;
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
