A leading, luxury International Hotel Operator seeks a highly experienced HR Director to join the pre-opening team based at the Head Office in Nampula.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit in the region of 300 hotel staff for two 5* Villas & Hotels;
  • Strong all round HR skill set;
  • Willing & able to travel to the two Hotel Island properties;
  • Oversee HR systems;
  • Handle employee relations;
  • Ensure compliance with regulations;
  • Managing budgets;
  • Assessing staffing requirements;
  • Recruiting employees;
  • Designing training programs;
  • Developing compensation plans.

Requirements:

  • You must be fluent in Portuguese e English;
  • Work experience in Mozambique within an International Hotel Brand as a HR Director or similar is an advantage.
