CCS JV the consortium contracted by TotalEnergies E&P Mozambique Area 1 (TEPMA1) for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Mozambique LNG project, a natural gas liquefaction facility on the Afungi peninsula in Cabo Delgado province, is looking for Data Entry / Technical Voucher Clerk.

Department: Warehouse / Material Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Technical Voucher Clerk to support warehouse and material-control operations through accurate processing of material transactions, vouchers and documentation in SPMAT / Smart Plant Materials.
Key responsibilities:
- Process warehouse receipts, issues, transfers, returns and adjustment vouchers.
- Enter and update material transactions in SPMAT.
- Verify material information and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy warehouse records.
- Support stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Identify and report incomplete, duplicate or incorrect transactions.
- Ensure proper filing, scanning and document traceability.
Requirements:
- Technical Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years’ experience in data entry, warehouse, material control, logistics or document control preferred.
- Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, EPC or industrial projects is an advantage.
- SPMAT experience is highly desirable.
- Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good English communication skills.
