Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting a Sales Consultant to Maputo.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling software & hardware products and services;
- Experience in corporate/enterprise/B2B sales;
- 5 years’ experience;
- Fluent in Portuguese & English (Spoken and Written).
Responsibilities:
- Attend to the customer via telephone and in person;
- Perform the registration of customers in the system;
- Present the products;
- Inform their specifications to customers;
- Clarify all customer doubts;
- Execute purchase orders;
- Negotiate prices;
- Send samples and product presentations to customers;
- Provide support to sales representatives;
- Issue commercial proposals;
- Maintaining updated customer records;
- Prepare technical reports;
- Fill out invoices;
- Observe market trends in order to seek new ways to sell products/services to customers;
- Make the sales planning.
