Full-time Commercial and Account Executive

Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting an Commercial and Account Executive for Maputo.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Company Management;
- Proven experience of more than 5 years as a Commercial and Marketing
- Executive accounts or in another sales/customer service role;
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiation principles;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships;
- Well-informed about market trends preferably in the food industry;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Vision for business.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the achievement of goals and objectives;
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a customer to securing one business;
- Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships;
- Presenting products to potential customers;
- Provide professional after-sales support to increase customer loyalty;
- Stay in frequent contact with customers as your responsibility understand their needs;
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues with the aim of satisfying the customer and preserve the company’s reputation;
- Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records and data;
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the achievement of goals and objectives;
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a customer to securing one business;
- Manage customer accounts, control and monitor risks, reporting and analysis of customer data.
