Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting a Sales Assistant to Maputo.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields;
- Should have worked at a Service Company/ Recruitment Company/ Consulting Company;
- Proven working experience in retail sales;
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota;
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer service focus;
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality;
- Basic administration skills;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers;
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals;
- Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management;
- Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales;
- Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches;
- Analysing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
