Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting an IT Assistant to Maputo.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent;
- Minimum experience of 3 years;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
- Proven experience as a Helpdesk and in working with varieties of operating systems including Windows and Linux;
- Solid knowledge of Web security, hardware & software including computers, servers and other peripherals;
- Excellent understanding of software systems including network, enterprise and office programs;
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, even in extreme pressure situations;
- Ability for analytical and conceptual thinking;
- Awareness, willingness to learn and apply latest I.T. knowledge;
- Organization and commitment to deadlines, flexibility and adaptability.
Responsibilities:
- Administer networks and servers;
- Helpdesk.
