Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting an Insurance Agent to Maputo.
Requirements:
- Intermediate level or finalist in marketing;
- 1-2 years of experience in selling insurance services;
- Experience in participating in bids;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers;
- Closing of deals;
- Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with
- customers;
- Plan and monitor proactive actions that generate satisfactory results;
- Present realistic reports and forecasts of sales, revenues and
- management expenses;
- Identify emerging markets and market changes and keep up to date with new services;
- Establish and adjust sales prices by monitoring costs, supply and demand.
