The Pathway Consulting is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a company based in Maputo.
This opportunity is aimed at organized professionals with experience in administrative support within dynamic environments, preferably with advanced English skills and the ability to provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced, result-oriented organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and various departments
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence in Portuguese and English, including international communication
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate meetings, events, and administrative processes
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper document management
- Support customer service activities and client communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or secretarial roles
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) – elimination factor
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
