Full-time Supply Chain Specialist

A Huawei Technologies Mozambique, Limitada está a recrutar um Supply Chain Specialist para Maputo.
Job Description
- Ensure to have all the equipment contracts on tracking; have all new contracts in record once released from SSDM system;
- Ensure to get delivery status updated timely for ongoing contracts;
- Communicate with Overseas office to know the CRD (Customer required date) and make batch split based on the master plan;
- Communicate with OSSC (Order Sharing service center) to complete the BOQ plan timely in SCM system and change the Plan if any new requirement;
- Communicate with HQ Coordinator to confirm the delivery date, to pull in or push out the delivery schedule if any change required;
- Communicate with HQ Logistics specialist to confirm the shipping date and make shipment arrangement, as well push for the related shipping doc which to support the clearance for oversea office;
- Ensure to have a daily communicate with oversea office partner to update the delivery schedule and to know the new requirement.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and negotiation skills;
- Pay good attention to details;
- Be able to interact with all levels within the company;
- Be able to professionally represent the company to external partner.
Basic Requirements
- Have major in supply chain, logistics, and material engineering;
- Be able to use English as the working language and communicate with employees in the rep office.
