A Huawei Technologies Mozambique, Limitada está a recrutar um FM Manager para Maputo.
Job Responsibilities
- Network Maintenance & Operations: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of Vodacom’s Wireless, and VB infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Fault Management: Lead fault-finding and resolution efforts to minimize network downtime and maintain high availability.
- Team Supervision: Manage field technicians and contractors, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to proactively prevent network failures.
- Service Level Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities align with SLAs, regulatory standards, and Vodacom’s quality requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to optimize network performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and corrective actions for performance tracking and reporting.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to accept field work and business trips.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- Have at least 5 years of experience.
- Full availability to work.
