We are looking for a competent, proactive, and highly organized HR Assistant to join our team in Mozambique. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day HR administrative support and assist in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, and payroll support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement, welfare, and HR-related activities.
- Assist with attendance and leave management and prepare relevant HR reports.
- Support the implementation and communication of company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely HR administrative support.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR or Human Resources administrative experience.
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Very fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong English communication skills are essential for this position.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or multinational organization will be an added advantage.
