CCS JV the consortium contracted by TotalEnergies E&P Mozambique Area 1 (TEPMA1) for Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Mozambique LNG project, a natural gas liquefaction facility on the Afungi peninsula in Cabo Delgado province, is looking for IT Asset Administrator.
The IT Asset Administrator is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement requests and receipts through deployment, tracking, maintenance, transfer, and disposal. The role ensures accurate inventory records, compliance with company asset management policies, and close coordination with procurement, vendors, logistics teams, and project stakeholders. This position supports project operations by maintaining asset visibility, controlling stock levels, tracking costs, and ensuring timely availability of IT equipment and services.

Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory control, procurement, or IT administration.
- Experience working in construction, industrial, mining, energy, or large project environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware lifecycle management.
- IT Asset Management Systems (ServiceNow or similar).
- ERP and Procurement Systems (SAP preferred).
- Microsoft 365.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Inventory and warehouse management processes.
- Understanding of computer hardware, networking equipment, printers, mobile devices, and software licensing.
- ITIL Foundation v4.
- Microsoft Certifications (fundamental level).
- Procurement or Supply Chain certification (advantage).
