The Head Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals in accordance with corporate standards, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for employees or clients abroad. This role requires adaptability to different cultures, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic overseas environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and present meals that meet nutritional, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with international food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Adapt menus to accommodate cultural preferences, dietary restrictions, and local ingredient availability.
- Lead and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of recipes, costs, and kitchen expenditures.
- Collaborate with local suppliers to source fresh and sustainable ingredients.
- Represent the company professionally in all overseas assignments.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
