Core Responsibilities

• Be responsible for innovation and transformation of MS O&M delivery models, design transformation solutions based on business pain points, and pilot and deploy transformations.
• Analyze O&M requirements and identify MS projects and key O&M requirements of carriers.
• Analyze the value and determine top scenarios, and develop O&M delivery solutions based on the service scenario requirements.
• Develop and transfer O&M capabilities.
• Responsible for the functional review of the PDRT CTMO domain of the MS project.
• Summarize and summarize MS delivery capabilities and experience.
• Have program management capabilities, be familiar with project operations, and have abundant service expansion capabilities.
• Provide customers with timely, accurate, high quality, and low cost delivery through delivery program management, contract management, and resources management of the account department, and be accountable for the delivery management customer. (Delivery management customer satisfaction).
• Be responsible for the delivery project goals (revenue, delivery cost rate, ITO, Total billing amount, Long term unbilled AR, Network security) (Delivery financial targets).
• Enhance the operation maturity of delivery project through delivery project monitoring and problem escalation and early warning of the account department, and be responsible for the customer satisfaction and delivery success of delivery programs (Delivery project management)

Other Competencies/Attributes:

• Strong sense of responsibility for goals and excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills
• Have at least 8 years of experience in managing major O&M projects/delivery projects, and experience in managing level-S and level-A NM centres or onsite maintenance.
• Knowledge: Have a proficient knowledge of communications products, telecom O&M management, and project management, and financial knowledge.
