Full-time Supply-Chain Assistant

Huawei Technologies Mozambique, Ltd. is recruiting a Supply-Chain Assistant for Maputo.
Tasks:
- Monitoring the international transportation of equipment;
- Prepare declaration application for customs duty after the goods arrive at port;
- Resource arrangement and coordination of equipment from port to warehouse;
- Equipment arrival inspection and Warehouse inspection;
- Equipment warehousing process and control;
- Warehouse management, including equipment placement and material security;
- Equipment outbound management;
- Warehouse counting management;
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Economics, Management or Equivalent;
- Good communication skills, able to actively communicate with surrounding teams
- Planning and project management capabilities
- Be able to correctly understand the customs clearance and the tax number and tax rate of the corresponding equipment.
- Have a good command of warehouse network layout design methods, logistics risk and internal control management methods, and cost analysis methods. Be proficient in using logistics systems and tools.
